You don’t have to keep “just coping.”

There’s space for you to feel better — and I’d love to help you get there.

Hi, I’m Polly Shepherd - mum, nervous system nerd and calm-seeker.

MORE ABOUT ME

For years, I looked like I was holding it all together.

Inside? I was overwhelmed, anxious, and exhausted from doing everything for everyone.

Sound familiar?

That’s why I do what I do now.

I help overwhelmed people feel calmer, stronger, and more like themselves again — through practical tools and real-life strategies that fit into your already-full day.

But let’s back up…

I’ve spent over a decade helping people and am a licensed BWRT® practitioner.
I’m also a qualified chef (yes, really), a mum of two, and someone who’s done the deep work of healing anxiety, setting boundaries, and finding my way back to me.

My work blends brain science, nervous system regulation, and real life reality — no fluff, no perfectionism, no toxic positivity.

My approach is all about:

  • Root cause work (not just quick fixes)

  • Tools that work in messy, real-life moments

  • Helping you feel more like you again

  • Doing it your way — not what Instagram says you “should” do
