I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, relationship stress, childhood trauma, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are mothers — juggling the weight of caring for others while trying to stay afloat themselves. If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

My Approach
I'm a qualified Licensed BWRT practitioner with a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental style. I use an integrative approach, which means I tailor everything to suit you — not the other way around. I offer both talking and structured BWRT, depending on what’s most helpful for your goals.

Sessions are held online via Zoom or in person in Dubai (JLT area). Sessions are available weekday mornings, early afternoons, and limited evenings.
