I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, relationship stress, childhood trauma, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are mothers — juggling the weight of caring for others while trying to stay afloat themselves. If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
My Approach
I’m a qualified psychotherapist with a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental style. I use an integrative approach, which means I tailor therapy to suit you — not the other way around.

I offer both talking therapy and structured BWRT, depending on what’s most helpful for your goals.

Therapy is a collaborative process — you bring the lived experience, I bring the tools and perspective. Together, we’ll create space to explore what’s going on, why it feels so hard, and what might help you move forward.

Sessions are held online via Zoom or in person in Dubai (JLT area).

Initial 20-minute consultation (Zoom): Free

Online therapy sessions (50 minutes): 650 AED
-
6 week 1:1 package (6 x 50 minute sessions): 3500 AED
-
12 week 1:1 package (12 x 50 minute sessions): 6500 AED

Sessions are available weekday mornings, early afternoons, and limited evenings.
